At PVO Pet Collective, we believe every pup deserves the best — whether it’s a tasty, locally crafted dog treat, a relaxing spa day, or a fun day out with their favorite humans. Founded by mother-daughter duo Jackie and Charme, our mission is to create a welcoming space where pets and their people can enjoy high-quality, thoughtfully crafted experiences, services, and goods together.

As lifelong dog moms and pet lovers, we started with homemade, human-grade treats made with love in Atlanta. We’ve expanded this passion into a full pet-friendly experience, offering more than just treats.

Jackie Carr

Founder & Co-Owner, Companion Pet CPR Certified

A lifelong dog mom and pet lover, Jackie brings creativity and passion to PVO Pet Collective. From crafting new treat recipes to designing unforgettable pet-friendly experiences, she’s dedicated to making tails wag and pet parents smile.

Ellie Grace

Senior Quality Control Specialist

With 11 years of experience, Ellie takes her role very seriously. As the most seasoned member of the team, she specializes in consistency checks and flavor depth analysis — meaning no treat makes the cut unless it meets her high standards. She’s known for her patient but thorough approach, often taking extra time to ensure every bite is just right.

Sidney Mae

Lead Taste Tester & Chief Toy Durability Officer

At 6 years old, Sidney has mastered the art of taste testing — especially when it comes to peanut butter-based treats. But she’s also our resident power chewer, thoroughly putting every “durable” toy claim to the test. From flavor checks to strength trials, Sidney’s approval (or enthusiastic tail wag) is the ultimate stamp of quality.

Cali Rose

Quality Control Trainee & Seafood Connoisseur

At 1.5 years old, Cali has quickly risen through the ranks of quality control with her keen nose and boundless enthusiasm. As our resident seafood connoisseur, she’s the first to dive in when salmon, octopus, or other ocean-inspired treats hit the menu. If she gets excited at first sniff, we know we’re onto something! She also continues to assist in batch freshness checks, ensuring every treat is as tasty from the first bite to the last.

Charlie

Junior Product Inspector & Enthusiasm Consultant

As a 2-year-old rising star, Charlie brings boundless energy to the team. His specialty? Texture testing. Whether it’s crunch, chew, or melt-in-your-mouth softness, Charlie’s keen sense of biteability helps us refine each product. He’s also in charge of pacing evaluations, ensuring treats are enjoyable but not devoured too quickly.
