Standard Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original condition. To start a return, just email us at pvopetcollective@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: return shipping fees may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Freshness Guarantee (Treats)
We stand by the quality and freshness of our handmade treats. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to make it right.
You can return treats within 2 weeks of the bake date, as long as:

They’ve been stored according to the care instructions on the packaging

They are returned in their original packaging
Once we receive the returned items, we’ll coordinate a replacement or exchange that works best for you.
Grooming Products
Due to the nature of grooming products, we can’t accept returns unless the item is unused and unopened.
